1General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the GRA platform (gra.best) and all associated applications, products, and services. By using GRA's services, you automatically agree to these terms.

2Account Registration & Identity Verification

To register an account with GRA, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details will be terminated and all funds may be forfeited.

• Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be considered suspicious.
• GRA may request a national ID or other documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

GRA supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. Every transaction is processed through secure encryption.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on GRA are conducted in accordance with international fair play standards. Our RNG system is certified by an independent third party.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical fault makes the outcome of a game round uncertain, GRA reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.
• In Sports Betting, bets can be placed up until the match begins. For live betting, wagers must be placed within the designated betting window.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will remain in effect.
• In the event of a software error or abnormal winnings in any game, GRA reserves the right to conduct an investigation.

6Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players to commit fraud.

• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
• Opening an account on behalf of or for use by a minor.

7Account Suspension & Closure

GRA may close an account either on its own initiative or at the user's request.

• GRA may suspend an account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.
• To close your account yourself, please contact support.
• The Self-Exclusion feature lets you deactivate your account for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.
• Upon account closure, any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned subject to applicable conditions being met.

8Disclaimer & Limitations

GRA provides its services on an "as is" basis and strives to maintain the highest standards. However, our liability is limited in circumstances beyond GRA's control.

• GRA is not liable for internet outages, banking issues, or technical failures on the part of third-party providers.
